Time reserved for your team.
We agree on the monthly workload before getting started. I work through one active request at a time, with larger projects scheduled around your ongoing needs. If the workload grows, we agree on additional time and cost before proceeding.

 

Clear deadlines from the start.
Smaller requests, like an ad adaptation or email header, typically take one to two business days once content and direction are ready. Decks, brochures, and campaigns get an agreed schedule. Have a rush request? I’ll confirm what’s possible.

 

Room to get it right.
Two rounds of revisions are included in each agreed task. If the direction or scope changes, I’ll flag any effect on timing or cost before moving ahead.

 

Your priorities set the order.
Send a running list or a short weekly brief. I’ll confirm what needs attention first and adjust the queue as deadlines change.

 

Files your team can use.
For individual projects, once payment is complete, the approved designs and their editable source files are yours. Final files are packaged for print, digital use, or future updates. For weekly retainers, files are delivered as each project is approved and paid for through the retainer.
