This Southfield, Michigan landmark property recently served as the headquarters of IBM. The new owners wanted to brand this 15 storied high-rise as a high-end office building. The logo is based off a perspective of the building's 3 column facade with it's clean lines and simplicity. Taking cues from the rich color palette, this visual brand is modern, confident, and in control. The use of lines and shapes that play off the logo adds a flair of sophistication and purpose.
