West Michigan Partnership for Children
brand identity | brand experience | brand collateral | logo design
Driven by the belief that every child deserves safety and the opportunity to thrive, WMPC (West Michigan Partnership for Children) introduced Michigan’s first performance-based foster care service delivery model. Their mission: to improve outcomes for children by rethinking foster care.
Challenge
Although WMPC’s work was groundbreaking, their marketing lacked two key elements: creativity and consistency. They needed a brand identity that reflected their culture, mission, and values while engaging partners, families, and the broader community.
Solution
-
Vibrant Brand System: Designed a fresh identity with bold typography, friendly colors, and distinct graphic elements.
-
Visual Storytelling: Integrated engaging photography and illustrations to reflect WMPC’s mission and the children and families they serve.
-
Consistency Across Platforms: Extended the brand across the website, print materials, and social media to create a unified presence.
-
Experience Design: Ensured every touchpoint — digital or physical — felt fresh, approachable, and memorable.
Impact
-
WMPC’s brand now reflects its innovative approach to foster care, creating stronger recognition and trust.
-
Improved cohesion across communications and marketing efforts.
-
A professional yet approachable identity that inspires confidence in stakeholders and partners.
WMPC is thrilled with the brand developed by tw-design! The brand is now creative, innovative, and fresh! The use of color and shapes catches the eye and draws attention to the important work we are doing to create better futures for children and families. Working under contract with the state we often have tight deadlines, and multiple requirements, and tw-design definitely exceeded all of our expectations time and time again! Highly recommended!
