This full-service, prominent high-rise office building with great window lines and tons of natural light recently had new onsite ownership and major interior and exterior renovations completed. The new owner wanted to brand the building to attract a higher end clientele to rent out office space. Due to the building's location, the name 9 Mile Crossing was selected and a sleek and powerful logo was designed. This visual brand encompasses class with the help of its sophisticated typography and elegant color palette.

After the initial launch, all 12 floors were sold out in 3 months.
